only is Community Link Federal Credit Union committed to providing
the best in products and services, but we also understand the
importance of privacy and confidentiality in our Members' financial
dealings with us.
During
the normal course of business we may collect nonpublic information
about our Members from the following sources:
Information that
we receive from consumer reporting agencies.
Information that
we receive directly from a Member.
Information that
we may obtain about transactions with us or others.
We
may disclose information that we collect to companies that perform
marketing services on our behalf or that have contracted to perform
other services for us. All such companies shall agree to limit
the use of the information and to protect our Members' confidentiality.
Member information shall never be sold. All disclosure of information
shall be provided only as permitted or required by law.
Access
by employees and credit union officials shall be restricted to
those who need to know that information to perform required job
assignments. Electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards are
utilized that comply with federal regulations to guard Members'
nonpublic personal information.
Credit
Union Management and Staff are hereby directed to operate in such
a way as to be in compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial
Modernization Act.
